Massimo T. has extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as an Officer in the Technical Department of the Sicily Region since July 2020. Previously, Massimo worked for the Regione Siciliana in various capacities, including administrative officer and at the Brussels Office, gaining valuable insights into the European Union and its opportunities for local territories. Massimo began a career in programming at Banca Popolare SantAngelo from 1989 to 1991. Educational achievements include a Laurea Magistrale in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Palermo and multiple master's degrees from Università Telematica Pegaso, along with specialized training in public procurement and contract management from the National School of Administration (SNA).
