Nicole Pelletier

Nicole Pelletier is an experienced professional in the nonprofit and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Responsable du ressourcement et du soutien au gestionnaires at the Regroupement des maisons pour femmes victimes de violence conjugale (RMFVVC) since November 2022, where Nicole develops strategies to support women’s shelter directors. Previously, Nicole held various leadership roles at La rue des Femmes from October 2017 to November 2022, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing health care to homeless women. Extensive experience also includes event management at Plan Ahead Events, consulting at CFC Consulting Group, and significant roles at Deloitte, where Nicole managed HR functions and led organizational development. Nicole holds an MBA in International Business Management from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Information Systems from Université de Sherbrooke.
