Steve Glange

Steve Glange is an experienced professional in public administration and business development, currently serving as an Expert for Better Regulation and Member of the Council for Simplification at the Ministry of Digitalisation since January 2019. Steve's role focuses on fostering innovation and cultural change within Luxembourgish public agencies through co-creation and a user-centered approach. With a background that includes positions such as Advisor at Regsearch, Division Qualité publique at the Ministry of Public Function and Administrative Reform, and Economiste at the Institut luxembourgeois de régulation, Steve has consistently worked on enhancing quality, user satisfaction, and innovation management. Steve also co-founded FirstTuesday Luxembourg, a platform for entrepreneurs in the Greater Region, and has held various senior roles in the telecom sector, including at Telecom Luxembourg Private Operator S.A. and allinbox. Steve's academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Sacred Heart University Luxembourg and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Liège.
