Dr Shafqat Hussain

Dr. Shafqat Hussain is an accomplished dental professional with extensive experience in both clinical practice and education. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Rehman Medical Institute since October 2017, Dr. Hussain has also been appointed as Supervisor for FCPS training in Prosthodontics at the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan since January 2022. Previous roles include Registrar, FCPS Resident, and General Dentist at FMH College of Medicine and Dentistry from July 2013 to June 2022. Dr. Hussain specializes in rehabilitating patients with various prosthodontic needs, including intraoral removable and fixed prostheses, maxillofacial prostheses, and managing temporomandibular disorders. With a strong educational background, holding a CHPE from Khyber Medical University and an FCPS in Prosthodontics from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Khyber College of Dentistry, Dr. Hussain also contributes to academia through teaching clinical demonstrations and multimedia lectures to undergraduate students.
