Denise Capoferri

Denise Capoferri, PhD, is an experienced CQV Specialist and Pharma Consultant at PQE since November 2019, responsible for the qualification of sterile filling lines and various pharmaceutical laboratory and production equipment, as well as writing and executing change control protocols and aligning equipment with Data Integrity requirements. Denise holds a PhD in Food Science from Università degli Studi di Teramo, where research focused on developing rapid and cost-effective sensing strategies for food quality and safety analytes. Previous research roles include visiting PhD student positions at the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology and at the University of the Western Cape, where Denise worked on electrochemical sensors for organophosphorus pesticides. Additional experience includes R&D in snack development and an internship in food technologies.
