Sean Perera, CPA, serves as Vice President of Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting at Regency Centers. In addition, Sean is a member of the NAREIT Best Financial Practices Council and holds the position of Chair for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the SEC Professionals Group at Workiva. Previously, Sean acted as Senior Vice President of SEC Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting at Sila Realty Trust, Inc., and worked as an Audit & Assurance Senior Manager at Deloitte.
