Johnathan Hill

Johnathan Hill, M.A.PP, serves as the Program Manager for Social Impact and Community Engagement Lead at Relativity since March 2020, where Johnathan founded and leads the global pro bono initiative, Justice for Change, aimed at enhancing access to justice and promoting racial and social equity. Prior to Relativity, Johnathan held multiple roles at LinkedIn from July 2017 to March 2020, including Media Solutions Manager, where Johnathan significantly improved media pacing for North American small businesses, and Corporate Partnership Program Manager, facilitating paid internships for students through Urban Alliance. Johnathan also played a pivotal role as Chicago Co-Chair of the Black Inclusion Group, focusing on closing the opportunity gap for Blacks in the tech sector. Johnathan holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Morehouse College.
