Abbey Kline

Abbey Kline is a project manager with extensive experience in clinical research trials. Abbey has worked for Greenphire since January 2017, and their current role is SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Level III). In this role, they are responsible for building and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in products supporting clinical research trials, and managing full-scope project operations for a leading Enterprise client. Abbey has also Leveraged software tools to coordinate integrations with EDC systems, managed budgets, and allocated resources. In addition, they have led a team of two Project Specialists.

Abbey was hired to assess operations and identify gaps in productivity and opportunities for improvement. Abbey developed and implemented sound strategies to address/transition underperforming processes, roles and operations. Abbey also facilitated functional management of project specialists, developed and nurtured critical relationships with key account leaders, engaged customer operations to identify needs, incorporated best practices and the latest technologies, worked with cross-departmental teams to develop new features and functionalities requested by clients, and leveraged broad expertise to project and secure required resources. Abbey also identified opportunities for professional development by training and mentoring new project management staff. Finally, they served as the domain expert for operations.

Abbey Kline has a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University. Abbey also has a Master of Science in Information Science from Penn State University. Abbey has a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
