David Matern

David Matern serves as the Head of Presales for APAC at RELEX Solutions since April 2015, focusing on understanding customer processes and challenges to enhance competitiveness through supply chain optimization. Matern previously held roles including Principal Presales & Solution Advisor, where involvement spanned the entire sales process for supply chain and unified retail planning solutions, and Senior Supply Chain Consultant, providing advisory support during digital transformation projects. Prior experience includes project management for software implementation, a student associate role at Magna Steyr, tutoring at WU, and a project employee position at Nestlé. Matern holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from WU, as well as qualifications from Uppsala University and HTL St.Pölten in Computer Engineering.
