Mukesh Balodi

Mukesh Balodi is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Reliance Communications since July 2015, focusing on the Andhra Pradesh Circle and based in Hyderabad. Prior to this role, Mukesh held positions including Regional Collection Operations Manager for the South Region at Aircel from August 2012 to July 2015, and TERM Audits Manager at Reliance Communications from November 2010 to July 2012.
