Ashutosh Sharma

Ashutosh Sharma currently serves as the Chief HR Officer for the Bio Energy Business at Reliance Industries Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ashutosh held various significant positions in human resources at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., including AVP & Head of Organization Development and AVP & Head HR for the Crop Nutrition Business from September 2020 to July 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Garware Technical Fibres Limited, and senior roles at Deepak Fertilisers and GMR Group spanning from 2006 to 2020. Early in the career, roles included consultancy at the Confederation of Indian Industry and energy management at SRF Limited. Ashutosh possesses an extensive educational background, including a Post Graduate Management Program from UCLA, an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling.
