Annie Neese

Annie Neese has a robust background in content creation and client support, currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Base Analyst at Relias since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing a client-facing knowledge base and coaching team members. Prior roles at Relias include Knowledge Base Analyst and Support Consultant, focusing on customer assistance and addressing escalated issues.
