Bethany Zak

Bethany Zak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, marketing communications, and corporate partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation, Corporate Partnerships at Relish Works since August 2017, Bethany accelerates growth and operational efficiency through collaborative partnerships with industry leaders. Additionally, Bethany has held various roles at Gordon Food Service since 2010, including Director of Internal Innovation Programs and leadership roles in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes positions such as General Manager at Back of House and multiple marketing communications roles at American Seating Company and Starbucks. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Aquinas College, earned between 2001 and 2005.
