Tom Bogan

Tom currently serves as Vice Chairman of Workday, Inc. (NASDAQ: WDAY), a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. While CEO of Adaptive Insights, a cloud-based software platform used by businesses to plan their operations, Bogan negotiated the 2018 sale of the company to Workday in a cash deal valued at $1.55 billion. Bogan was a partner at Greylock Partners and board member at leading enterprise software and cloud companies. These include Chairman positions with Citrix Systems and Apptio, and board member roles with PTC, Rally Software, Acquia, and many other SaaS software companies.
