Michelle Mowatt

Michelle Mowatt is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as ME Training at Signify Health since June 2021, Michelle manages the training department and leads a team of Training Specialists while designing leadership courses for organizational leaders. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director of Learning and Development at GBS Enterprises, overseeing training specialists and quality assurance teams while developing training content for new and exiting employees. Michelle also contributed to iQor as a Learning & Development Leadership Facilitator and Instructional Designer, focusing on new hire curriculum development and training needs analysis. Earlier career experience includes serving as Global Corporate Training Manager at Doctor Diabetics Supply, where a comprehensive Training & Development plan was created. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Development from Florida International University and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from American InterContinental University.
