Jason Pappas

Jason Pappas is an experienced business development leader currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Remodel Health since November 2024. Previously, Jason held the position of Regional Sales Director - Northeast at SureCo, where leadership focused on northern U.S. ICHRA distribution for mid-sized to large employers and broker partners. As Director of Business Development at OneBridge Benefits, Jason achieved $20 million in Health Insurance sales within 18 months through a value-driven approach. Additional experience includes building a B2B distribution network at Lemonade and founding Queen City Risk Management, a digital insurance brokerage. Jason also developed stewardship ministries at The Chapel and worked as an insurance fraud investigator and counselor at GEICO. Jason holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA in International Business from the University at Buffalo.
