Patrick Phelan

Patrick Phelan has held leadership positions in the offshore energy industry for over thirty years, initially in Oil & Gas, and more recently in the rapidly growing Offshore Wind Energy market.

He has worked in the remote medical sector as a consultant to SSI Energy for five years prior to the company’s acquisition by Remote Medical International.

Patrick is based in Cambridge, UK, and is Chair of East of England Energy Group. Earlier in his career, Patrick was Managing Director of JDR Cable Systems, a provider of subsea umbilical and cable systems to Oil & Gas developments and Renewable Energy projects worldwide. He is a Chartered Engineer, with a BSC in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from University of Westminster, London.
