Coca-Daniela Ion

Coca-Daniela Ion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global payroll management, currently serving as a Global Payroll Program Manager at Remote since July 2021. In this role, Coca-Daniela designs process maps, identifies automation opportunities, and enhances the effectiveness of the Global Payroll Implementation team. Prior to this position, Coca-Daniela worked as a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist at Remote, managing client payroll transitions and maintaining strong client relationships. Coca-Daniela's previous experience includes roles at ADP as a Streamline French Payroll Specialist and at Bombardier as a French Payroll Advisor, along with early positions in quality control and accounts payable. Coca-Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Romanian Literature and a Bachelor's degree in both Romanian Language and Literature and French Language and Literature from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, complemented by an Erasmus experience at the University of Geneva.
