Tânia Pires

Tânia Pires is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product design, having held various senior roles across multiple organizations since 2010. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Remote since January 2022, Tânia previously contributed to projects for NASA while at Development Seed as a Senior Product Designer. Prior experience includes leading design initiatives for prominent clients such as CTT, Bloomberg NEF, and Dott during tenure as a Senior Product Designer at Major. Tânia has also engaged in education as a Lecturer in Multimedia Design, equipping students with skills in multimedia storytelling. Tânia's career began in brand design at Odebrecht and involved significant contributions to user experience in both healthcare and educational platforms through roles at Metatheke Software and PT Inovação - Altice Labs, respectively. Tânia holds a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Experience Design from Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Design from Universidade de Aveiro.
