Elif Yurdanur

Elif Yurdanur is an experienced professional in talent management, learning, and development, currently serving as Head of Talent Management, Learning & Development at Renault Group since November 2017. In this role, Elif designs and delivers talent acquisition strategies, positions Oyak Renault as an employer of choice, and executes global talent management strategies. Elif has also worked as a Team Coach at Blue Birds and held various positions at TOFAŞ Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. from June 2003 to October 2017, including Talent Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Employee Experience & Employer Branding Leader. Elif began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee at Koç Holding A.Ş. and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bilkent University and a Master’s Degree in Psychological Counseling from İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi.
