Florence Barbera

Florence Barbera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation advisory and financial risk management. Currently serving as a Director at KPMG France since November 2019, Florence focuses on business development for a diverse range of clients, managing projects with budgets between 100K€ and 6m€. Prior to this role, Florence held multiple leadership positions at BP from April 2005 to October 2019, culminating as the Head of Credit Risk and Trade Finance, overseeing a $3bn trading portfolio.
