Neelam Pillai

Neelam Pillai currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and DEI Leader at Renault Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Neelam Pillai worked as the HR Business Partner for the Coesia Region India at Coesia S.p.A. from November 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Country HR Head and generalist duties.
