Wael Emam

Wael Emam is a seasoned professional in power generation with extensive experience as a Vendor Representative at Renco S.p.A. since September 2017, focusing on the ENI – Zubair project in Basra, Iraq, overseeing gas turbine generator sets and related electrical components. Prior to this role, Wael worked for Qarun Petroleum Company SAE for eight years as Section Head, managing operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the Karama power station involving a variety of gas turbine systems and electrical substation equipment. Additionally, Wael served as an Operation Engineer at Cairo Electricity Production Company from March 2006 to October 2009, contributing expertise to a combined cycle power plant with multiple gas and steam turbines. Wael holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University, obtained in 2005.
