Aakanksha Kohli

Aakanksha Kohli currently serves as the Head of Leadership Hiring and Early Career Talent CoE at ReNew, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Aakanksha was with DHR Global as Head of Leadership Hiring, focusing on consumer, technology, and industrial sectors from March 2019 to October 2021. Aakanksha has also worked on a recruiting project with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and held roles at RGF Executive Search, Spencer Stuart, and Egon Zehnder, accumulating extensive experience in leadership hiring and executive search across various sectors. Aakanksha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL, Pune, and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
