Abhishek Bhalla

Abhishek Bhalla is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate commercial law. Currently serving as the Legal Head for M&A and Contracts at ReNew since July 2023, Abhishek previously held the position of Head Legal at Mountainia from July 2019 to July 2023. Prior to this, roles included Principal Associate at IndusLaw (January 2016 - June 2019), Associate Partner at HSA Advocates (August 2014 - January 2016), Counsel during a secondment at BG Group (June 2015 - October 2015), and Senior Associate at Phoenix Legal (May 2009 - June 2014). Abhishek began the legal career as an Associate at RNC Legal India from June 2007 to May 2009. Abhishek holds an LLB(H) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, completed in 2007, and received education from St. Francis De Sales School from 1995 to 2002.
