Sam Stokes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the property and development sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at RES since January 2024, Stokes previously held positions such as Project Director at Opera and Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald LLP. With a strong background in major projects and development management garnered at LCR Property and Starnes Plc, Stokes began the career as a Surveyor at Strutt & Parker. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Rural Estate & Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Environmental Science from the University of Southampton.
