Rachel Wolf

Rachel Wolf, SPHR, serves as the HR Director and Head of HR at RenewAire since November 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational HR strategies in various areas such as talent management, employee relations, and legal compliance. Prior to this role, Rachel spent over a decade at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where multiple positions included Area HR Director and HR Director, with a focus on strategic HR partnerships, talent management, and organizational development. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Sara Lee Foods and Nemschoff, handling all aspects of HR for substantial employee populations. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an Associate of Arts in Computer Operations from Madison Area Technical College.
