Amy Moore is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Renown Health since August 2018, Amy previously held multiple key roles at International Game Technology from 1996 to 2018, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Senior Benefits Analyst. Throughout the career, Amy has been a strategic advisor to senior leadership, focusing on organizational design, talent planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Early career experience includes positions as Supervisor HR Service Center at International Game Technology and Human Resources Manager at Autologic International, among other roles at Harvey's Resort Hotel/Casino. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
