Suzanne Oetjen

Suzanne Oetjen is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Renown Health since May 2001. In this role, Suzanne oversees employee and labor relations, implements human resources strategies, and ensures compliance with relevant laws. Previous positions at Renown include Director of Human Resources and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and operational leadership for a large workforce. Earlier, Suzanne held the role of Human Resources Business Partner, managing employee relations and facilitating training. Suzanne began career in human resources as a Recruitment Coordinator/Employment Supervisor. Prior to Renown Health, Suzanne served as Assistant Director of Human Resources at Flamingo Reno. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
