Aura Valdez

Aura Valdez has extensive experience in the car hire industry as part of rentalcars.com, serving in roles related to product and commercial management since February 2012 and previously as Manager of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to this, Aura Valdez worked as a Medical and Dental Claims Adjudicator at Manulife Financial for a brief period in 2008, processing and analyzing insurance claims. Earlier experience includes a customer service role at Convergys from 2004 to 2007, focusing on technical support and problem resolution. Aura Valdez holds an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Tameside College and degrees in Nursing and International Studies from Philippine College of Health and Sciences and De La Salle University, respectively.
