Valentina Bilo

Valentina Bilo is an accomplished finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment banking and business management. Currently serving as Vice President at Reorg since January 2022, Valentina previously founded and managed Hygge Pygge, an award-winning coffee and brunch establishment in Camden Town, London, from 2017 to 2020. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President in Leveraged Finance at Societe Generale, where Valentina led leveraged buyout deals and demonstrated strong leadership and technical skills. Valentina began professional career as an intern in Risk Management at Allianz Global Investors and is academically distinguished with degrees in Economics and Banking and Finance from prestigious universities, including the University of California, Berkeley, and Università degli Studi di Padova.
