Rich Ossiboff

Rich Ossiboff currently serves as the Manager of Energy Assessment at Repsol since November 2024. Previously, Rich held various positions at Pattern Energy Group from May 2016 to September 2024, advancing from Meteorologist to Senior Manager of Meteorology. Prior experience includes roles at SunEdison as a Senior Wind Resource Analyst, GE Power & Water as Lead Performance Services Engineer, and BP as a Performance Services Meteorologist and Wind Resource Meteorologist. Rich began the career at AWS Truepower, LLC as a Meteorologist from September 2006 to February 2011. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University at Albany between 2000 and 2006.
