Ume Laila

Ume Laila is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in account management, digital marketing, and social media strategies. Currently serving as Lead Account Manager at RepStack since April 2021, Ume previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Changescape Web, where marketing strategies were developed and optimized using business intelligence tools. Prior to these roles, Ume led a 20-member social media team at Exergy Digital & PR, significantly increasing client acquisition and securing high-profile clients. Ume's career includes editorial work at Social Diary Magazine, creative management at Go Fancy, and social media management roles at Red Maple Montessori Islamabad and Verité Media. Ume holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bahria University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at Arden University.
