Gary Spence has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Private Banking Officer at Republic Bank since May 2013, where prior roles included Assistant Vice President - Business Development Manager III, Banking Center Manager II, Assistant Banking Center Manager, and Personal Banker. Additionally, Gary held leadership positions as Vice Chairman of the YPAL Foundation from July 2019 to June 2022 and as Vice President of Engagement and Director of Inclusion at the Young Professionals Association of Louisville (YPAL) from July 2017 to June 2019.
