Jodie Fonseca

Jodie Fonseca serves as the Chief of Party at RTI International, overseeing a significant USAID program focused on education governance and access in Honduras. With extensive experience in international education, Jodie held the position of Senior Education Advisor at RTI, managing the Tusome early grade reading project in Kenya, and previously led the Nepal Early Grade Reading Program II. Jodie's previous roles include directing the LEARN Project for Plan International, consulting on global education initiatives, and advising on education and HIV/AIDS programs with organizations such as Save the Children, CARE, and the Peace Corps. Jodie holds a doctorate in Education from IOE - UCL and advanced degrees in International Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, as well as undergraduate degrees from Tulane University and Universidad Iberoamericana.
