Titianne Donde

Titianne Donde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural development and financial inclusion. Currently serving as the Chief of Party at RTI International for the USAID-funded Kungahara Wagura Amasoko Activity in Rwanda, Titianne oversees a $16.1 million project aimed at expanding markets. Formerly a Co-Founder and CEO at Sphere Business Africa Limited, Titianne focused on investment in agriculture through agripreneur coaching and strategic partnerships. Previous positions include Director of Business Incubation and Commercialization at Land O'Lakes Venture37 in Malawi, Regional Advisor at Aceli Africa, and several leadership roles at DAI Development Alternatives Inc., where Titianne advanced financial inclusion initiatives. With a strong educational background, including an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University, Titianne is passionate about women in agriculture and innovative solutions to enhance food security.
