David Delmar Sentíes is the Founder and Board Member of Resilient Coders, a non-profit coding bootcamp focused on training young adults of color from low-income backgrounds in software engineering. With experience as the Executive in Residence at Jobs for the Future, David explores scalable training models for workers affected by automation. Additional roles include serving on advisory boards for TechTogether and Boston University College of Fine Arts, as well as a board member for City Awake. Prior experience includes leadership positions at PayPal Media Network, where David introduced HTML5-based rich media, and co-founding Start Tank. David's diverse background in design, coding, and mentorship has consistently aimed at fostering accessibility and opportunity within the tech industry. David holds a degree from Boston University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
