Rima has held various roles within the company, including Head of Customer Care & Loan Variations, Customer Care & Variations Manager, and Team Leader Loan Administration. Prior to joining Resimac, Rima worked as a Customer Service Officer at RESIMAC Limited from November 2007 to October 2009.
