Kaiya Bercow

Kaiya Bercow is a seasoned consultant and executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business transformation within the cannabis industry. Currently serving as a consultant at Resolute and Arcview Consulting since early 2024 and as Chief Operating Officer (Fractional) at right:ratio, Kaiya also holds the position of Principal at Emkai Strategy. Previously, as Vice President of Operations for YourWay Cannabis Brands, Kaiya led significant modernization efforts across multiple divisions. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Utopia from June 2014 to January 2023, Kaiya established a successful cannabis manufacturing, distribution, and cultivation enterprise, achieving over $30 million in revenue and securing multiple licenses and awards. Academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tufts University.
