•	Director of disposition program for Seattle Trust & Savings Bank .  Created a development concept utilizing air rights and initiatives for a 700,000 square foot commercial building in downtown Seattle, thus adding $8 million in value to the sale of a single site.
•	Development of portfolio review programs, business strategies, asset development guidelines, and donation strategies for Northern Indiana Public Service Co
•	Packaging and successful disposition of Bethlehem Steel’s 100-acre, Vernon, California steel plant as the multi-tenant Vernon Industrial Plaza.
