Juliana Navarro

Juliana Navarro is a dedicated swim instructor with experience teaching children aged 18 months to 18 years in lifesaving skills and swimming independence since May 2020. Additionally, Juliana worked as a Sea Turtle Biologist for Miami-Dade County, conducting nesting surveys and developing a nighttime lighting survey program, while also serving as an Environmental Specialist at Gannett Fleming, providing recommendations on wetlands and protected species. Juliana's background includes research roles, such as a Research Intern focusing on shark capture and data collection, and an Environmental Scientist involved in water quality assessment. Juliana has also held leadership positions, including Event Supervisor for the Science Olympiad at the University of Florida and Recruitment Round Chairwoman for Phi Mu Fraternity, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
