Sheila Burger CIC, AU, MLIS, AINS has extensive experience in the insurance and learning development sectors, currently serving as Lead Specialist in Learning and Development at ReSource Pro since May 2017, with previous roles including Senior Specialist and Senior Account Manager. Prior to joining ReSource Pro, Sheila worked at State Farm® as a Commercial Account Manager and Team Lead from January 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included managing the commercial book of business and training new team members. From June 2001 to January 2016, Sheila held the position of Senior Commercial Underwriter at Continental Western Group, focusing on assessing new commercial insurance risks. Earlier in the career, Sheila worked as a PPC Underwriting Analyst at State Farm Insurance from 1999 to 2001, analyzing risk characteristics and collaborating with local fire departments.
