Shilpi Dahele

Shilpi Dahele is an experienced User Experience professional with over 18 years in the field, currently serving as the Research Lead at JPMorgan Chase since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shilpi directed Dahele UX Ltd from March 2014 to January 2024, providing UX research consulting for various clients. Key positions held include Venture UX Research Lead at MVP Factory, Design Research Lead for Women's Health at Haleon, and Senior User Researcher at Flo Health Inc., where impactful studies guided product roadmaps. Shilpi also contributed as UX Research Lead at The UX Agency and held senior positions at NOW TV, Racing Post, and Usablenet. Academically, Shilpi holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.
