Finance and Accounting Team

The Finance and Accounting Team at Resources for Community Development (RCD) is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's financial health and ensuring the effective allocation of funds. The team handles budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, grant compliance, and financial planning to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing. They ensure financial transparency and accountability while enabling RCD to fulfill its mission of providing quality, affordable homes and much-needed services to low-income individuals and families in the Bay Area.
