Ben Klingenstein

Ben Klingenstein currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk & Compliance at Computershare Trust Company NA, where responsibilities include safeguarding the Corporate Trust business and managing a team focused on risk and compliance program development. Previously, Ben held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Wells Fargo, demonstrating exceptional leadership and industry insight during a successful tenure. At JPMorgan Chase, Ben advanced to Director of Commercial Banking Compliance, managing compliance issues and relationships with regulatory agencies. Additional experience includes senior compliance roles at The Bank of New York, Fidelity Investments, and New England Funds. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree from Curry College and has been actively involved with Responsive Education Solutions as President of the Board of Directors since 2008.
