Miriam Hughes

Miriam Hughes is an experienced professional in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Restaurant Associates since April 2017. In this role, Miriam has managed in-house events, overseen up to 6,000 guest concessions, and executed off-premise catering deliveries while fostering communication with clients such as Longwood Gardens.
