Conner MacIoce

Conner Macioce is currently participating in the Operations Leadership Development Program at Restaurant Brands International since September 2024, following experience as a Sales Associate and Operations Manager at Flyer Enterprises from August 2021 to May 2024. In the roles at Flyer Enterprises, Conner contributed to the operations of Art Street Cafe, ensuring health code compliance, training associates, and maintaining cleanliness standards while achieving ServSafe certification. Additionally, Conner served as Treasurer for Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and completed an internship as an Area Manager at Amazon during the summer of 2023, focusing on team efficiency and operations management. Conner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Finance from the University of Dayton, completed in May 2024.
