Dion Herrera

Dion Herrera is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience in wireless tools and technologies, including Meraki, Mist, and Cisco Access Points, as well as expertise in Cisco WLC, Cisco Prime, Cisco ACS, and Cisco ISE. Currently serving at Restoration Hardware since February 2008, Dion has held roles involving network and systems administration, as well as leading the support center, where responsibilities include Active Directory and DNS management, server and desktop support, and network monitoring. Previously, Dion worked as a Network Administrator at Pacific Holding Co from December 2000 to September 2005, focusing on systems and network administration, including web server management. Dion holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Network Administration and Computer Science from Heald College, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
