Erin started their career at Subway, where they led strategic planning, multi-channel marketing, and product strategies for payments and delivery solutions for the Subway brand globally. During their time at Subway, they were able to successfully transform payments from being viewed as a means to transact to a means to enhance, enable, and encourage omni-channel commerce.
In August 2020, they joined Blackhawk Network as the Product Marketing Director. There, they were responsible for reimagining the portfolio vision and go-to-market strategy for original content products. Erin also led the development of a future-focused brand strategy built on consumer insights and optimized the product mix with data-driven decisioning.
Erin is an expert in their field and has been able to build out successful sales and training tools focused on the brand value proposition, gaining critical partner support and positioning the portfolios for ongoing partner engagement.
