Jennifer Masse

Jennifer Masse is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Quality Manager at RETECH Systems LLC, a SECO/WARWICK Company, since September 2023. Previously, Jennifer worked as the Quality and EHS Manager at API Heat Transfer from March 2021 to July 2023, overseeing ISO and ASME Sec VIII Quality Management Systems for a pressure vessel manufacturing facility. Prior to that role, Jennifer was the Director of Quality and Safety at Blackstone Advanced Technologies LLC, where responsibilities included managing the ISO 9001-2015 quality program and supervising an inspection team. With extensive experience in quality management, Jennifer also held positions as General Manager and Quality Manager at Keystone Corporation, and started as a Chemist. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo.
